You don’t have to believe in it
It's fair to wonder whether any of this energy healing stuff is "real." Skepticism is healthy, and you don't need to believe in anything to come. It can still work.
A lot of people ask me ‘isn’t it just all imaginary?’ The answer is – partly no, and partly yes, and both are a good thing. There’s a lot of nuance to all of this but in very basic terms the ‘no’ part is this. The spiritual energies, the ‘qi’ – they’re subtle in the sense that they’re coming from the ‘subtler planes’ of existence, not the 3D world – but they’re there. It doesn’t mean they’re weak either. Quite the opposite. They’re very strong but you might not be able to sense them if your body isn’t attuned to them. Having practiced thousands of hours of qi gong and other spiritual practices, I’ve built the right muscles to access and work with these energies, so I feel them in a very tangible way. I’ve had them fling me across the room, activate languages from the stars and throw me spontaneously into yoga postures so they’re definitely not just ‘in the mind’.
It’s the fact that they can traverse different planes of existence that gives them the power. A change made in the higher realms filters down to the physical and is more powerful than working purely at the physical level because it goes deeper. It’s closer to Source so it’s actually more real, although that can be a hard thing to accept. Which leads me to the ‘yes’ part of the answer. The imagination isn’t just the waste of time we think it is. It’s actually the bridge to these higher planes, and the means by which psychic information is able to be transmitted back and forth. So again, this is how we’re able to leverage these healing capabilities.
The work operates at a level the rational mind can't fully verify, and if you're not highly sensitive, you may not feel much during the session itself. That doesn't mean nothing is happening. A useful analogy: certain frequencies of sound are beyond the range of human hearing. They're still there. They still affect the environment. You just can't detect them directly. The transmissions I offer work similarly — the effects may not be immediate or obvious, and you might only notice a shift days or weeks later. Whether to try one is your call.
In terms of expectations, it’s good to keep an open mindset about how or when the healing shows up. The version of you that has a particular relationship to stress, or grief, or a pattern — that's not what's being fixed and returned to you. It's what's being changed. The goal isn't "you, but less stressed." It's "you, where the pattern that created the stress is less present." That's a different thing, and it takes a different shape than most people expect. How and when that shift becomes visible is not something you or I can predict. There may be competing priorities — practical, emotional, spiritual — that mean the most important work happens in a different order than you'd choose. The causality is genuinely complex. What's being asked of you is simple: trust that the process knows what it's doing, and don't try to manage it from the outside.
