Privacy Policy

What I collect:

  • Name, email address, and any message you send through the contact form

  • Email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter

  • Session details (date, time, type of session) when you book

What I use it for:

  • To respond to your enquiry or arrange a session

  • To send the newsletter, if you've opted in

  • To manage bookings and payments

Where it's stored:

  • Contact form submissions and newsletter signups are stored by Squarespace (my website platform)

  • Booking and payment details are handled by Paypal, Wise, or Revolut.

  • I don't store client data anywhere else

Who I share it with:

  • No one. I don't sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. The only exception is my website host (Squarespace) and payment processor, who handle the technical infrastructure.

Your rights:

  • You can ask me to delete your data at any time. Email me and I'll do it.

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

  • If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA. In practice, both of those mean the same thing here: you can ask to see what I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me.

Cookies:

Squarespace uses a small number of cookies to make the site function (e.g. remembering your cart if you're buying a program). I don't run advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
