Terms of Service
What I do:
I offer psychic readings, tarot readings, energy healing sessions, and remote energy transmissions. These are spiritual and energetic practices. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.
Not a substitute for professional help:
My work is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological therapy, or counselling. If you are experiencing a medical condition, a mental health crisis, or a situation that requires professional clinical support, please seek help from a qualified practitioner. I am not a doctor, therapist, or counsellor.
What to expect:
Sessions are conducted online (via Zoom or phone) or in person. Energy healing work is performed on an energetic and spiritual level. Effects are not guaranteed, are non-linear, and vary from person to person. Some people feel nothing during a session. Some notice effects days or weeks later. Both are normal.
In rare cases, a healing process can bring up difficult material or cause temporary intensification of symptoms (sometimes called a "healing crisis"). If you have an existing medical condition, it's worth staying in contact with your healthcare provider during any period of significant change.
Booking and payment:
A session is confirmed once payment is received.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If I need to cancel, you'll be offered a full refund or a reschedule. Your choice.
Remote sessions:
Remote sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone. You'll receive a link or number after booking. For energy healing sessions, you can receive the session while resting or sleeping. No physical presence is required.
Remote transmissions:
Transmissions (Energy Clearing, Shame Release, Dragon Healing) are sent at a set time you choose. They are one-off events. If you miss the time window, I'll send it at the next available slot.
Intellectual property:
All content on this website — text, images, audio, programs, and course material — is my own work and is protected by copyright. Please don't reproduce, share, or resell it without my permission.
Limitation of liability:
I do my work with care and integrity, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any session or transmission. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session or product in question.
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the UK. In practice, this is unlikely to matter, but it needs to be stated.
